Return Shipping Instructions

You can send your purchase back to us, at your expense. Once we receive your package, we will promptly process your return according to our policy.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.

We would check immediately to find a solution together with you ASAP. Please attention about the timeline, otherwise, you have to take full responsibility for this case.

- If the item is damaged on transit or package is broken, please contact us and send the photos to us within 3 days. We would apply for compensation with shipping agency immediately. Please attention about the timeline, otherwise, you have to take full responsibility for this case.

- Customized orders no return and exchange except the serious quality problem.

- Batch order (over 3 pieces) no return and exchange except the serious quality problem. Please contact us for solution by email.

- the shipping costs for return are paid by buyer and we would send the refund after we receive the package and check that the item is still perfect situation. The return amount is the item amount cutting the shipping costs. For free shipping items, we would calculate the actual shipping costs.
